We are currently only carrying out Medicals by Video-link or telephone call (not face to face) but any observations required (height, weight, BP etc.) will be carried out by a nurse at the surgery prior to the appointment with the GP.
Could you please bring upload or bring any documentation you have to the surgery and we will then add you to the waiting list and contact you with an appointment.
